Robert J. Hibbetts Outstanding CPA of the Year Award 2005
Mr. Ensign had served the Panhandle Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accounts faithfully for many years. Each year he plays a vital role in the planning of the Tax Institute and the CPE Spectacular. At many of these seminars he takes it upon himself to make sure that the CPE qualifies for credit for both the accountants and lawyers who attend. Additionally, Mr. Ensign has served numerour years at the Chairman of the Constitution and By-Laws Committee, as well as advising the Panhandle Chapter through various legal issues that arise from time to time.
